Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living. The word 'Yoga' is derived from the Sanskrit root 'Yuj', meaning 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite'.

Come as you are or bring your own mat.  Our fully stocked facility welcomes all guests.


Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy aims to restore consciousness to each facet of a person’s life. For example, one’s entire life may be shifted into balance through the removal of stress at the source by applying Yogic principles at work, within relationships, and with healthy meals. As Yoga Therapists, we are taught to work with other healthcare and holistic professionals, augmenting the patient care plan with lifestyle intervention, stress management tools as well as pain management, movement, breathing, meditation, relaxation, visualization, nutrition, attitude, changes of habitual thought patterns, and personally meaningful spiritual aspects, as appropriate for the clients‘ belief systems.

Group meditations will be lead  by one of our trained practitioners focusing on a specific goal each month that coincide with the moon cycles.  

Full Moon:

A full moon is a powerful time to meditate. Each full moon has a different energy and theme. This has to do with the position of the planets at that moment. During a full moon meditation you can tune in to your inner world and use the power of the moon to let go, reflect or manifest.

New Moon:

New moon is a time of new beginnings, a time for reflection, a time to decide which direction we wish to go. In this guided meditation we reflect on all aspects of your life: emotional, mental, physical and spiritual.
