About the event
In this 2hr workshop we will begin to dive into this uniquely powerful perspective on health and healing. Whether you’re yearning for self-growth, looking to shift perspective, better respond to situations, improve relationships, manage pain, increase flexibility or balance, or simply learn to quiet the mind, this is the setting to assist you in your own transformational journey. Although this is typically done in a 1:1 setting with a personalized approach, this group workshop will give you a better understanding of the foundations of yogic wisdom and all the layers we will work with in a private session. The group setting will also provide you with different perspectives of handling one issue. We will guide you through a state of self-awareness and inner presence through meditation and journaling, which will not only release unwanted tension, but also connect the mind, body, and spirit. In addition to learning yoga philosophy, we will also practice breathwork and asanas (postures/movement) that will assist you in your goals.
